Good location, nice house and brilliant pool

The house is in a good location, with10-20 minutes drive to beaches, La Jolla, Zoo, Safari park, Balboa Park, Seaworld, Waterpark etc etc. So plenty of things to do. The big attraction is the private pool, which our grandchildren loved. We would happily stay again, and happy to recommend the place to anyone. It was great value for money

Staying in a house beats a cramped hotel room any day when you have a toddler and a baby. The house was equipped with a pack-n-play, a booster seat for the dining table, and even some toys. Everything worked, including the Jacuzzi even though it does take awhile to heat up. We made good use of cable TV, internet, bb q, and the laundry facilities. The best part of this property is its location - very central and in a nice neighborhood. We also appreciated the nice touches such as directions to the grocery store and store card left on the counter, and check-up calls from the owners at the beginning and end of our visit to see if we needed anything. There was also some fruit on the counter for us and beverages in fridge.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, sightseeing, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

Great trip to San Diego

Our family of five (three kids) rented this house for almost a week and it was great! The house was just as it appeared in the photos and was the perfect size for us. It was close to family, the freeway, and about 10-15 minutes from Sea World, Ocean Beach, the Zoo, and many good restaurants. We really enjoyed being able to come home from long days of being tourists and just hanging out in the living room and out in the nice private backyard. We also had a really enjoyable day just hanging by the pool and listening to music. The kids couldn't get enough of the hot tub and were in it every night before bed, no matter the weather. John and Kim were very accommodating and easy to get a hold of when we had questions. We were very comfortable here and highly recommend this property.

07/14/2010 My family and I rented this very spacious home. It was ideal! The home had more space than we expected – 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which allowed each of us to enjoy our room. Though we had plenty of privacy, the home also had many comfortable central gathering points like the living room, dining area, and pool area. The property was equipped with 2 TVs, stereo, and internet.
One of the best things about this San Diego vacation rental was that it was located right by the freeway. It took only 10-15 minutes from the beaches, San Diego Zoo, SeaWorld, and other points of interest. There was nothing better than returning from a long day being able to dip into the nice clean pool.
The property met all our needs with a full kitchen, washer and dryer. We were very comfortable and it felt like home.
We loved San Diego, and we especially loved this home. If a San Diego beach vacation is in your future, I highly recommend this property.

My familly and friends stayed there for 2 weeks this summer and everybody had a great time. The house is really nice and has all the things you want to be comfortable.It's a spacious house very bright. We loved the washer and dryer, the swimming pool, the barbecue and the number of bathrooms. The location is convenient too, not far away from some many great places. Ralphs grocery is 7 mins away... We strongly recommend this place
